A Musical Reflection of a Serene Evening.

Sunset was inspired by my habit of watching the sunset in a neighborhood called Ribeirão da Ilha in Florianópolis. I love spending time on the small beaches there, observing the sun as it sets, enjoying a glass of wine or beer, and relaxing in that moment.

On one particularly beautiful day, under a full moon, I witnessed a boat passing near the sun just as it was setting. The sound of the boat and that moment began to form notes and a rhythm in my mind. Phrases emerged, describing how the sun was departing and the moon was arriving.

As soon as I returned home, I went to my studio and composed this song. It's one of those pieces that flows effortlessly; I sat down, and it was complete and mixed in no time.

It was a wonderful evening that began with watching the sunset and culminated in the creation of this music.
